16. Governing Law; Informal Resolution; Arbitration; No Class Actions
Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them or the Platform shall be governed by and construed under the domestic laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws apply and provide otherwise. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Informal Process First. Before commencing arbitration, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute by written notice and discussions for 60 days.
Binding Arbitration. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by final and binding arbitration conducted exclusively in Tel Aviv, Israel, before a mutually agreed arbitrator, under procedures designed to provide a fair and efficient process. Either party may instead bring an eligible individual claim in small claims court if permitted by law.
No Class or Representative Actions. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, disputes shall be resolved only in an individual capacity and not as part of any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may award relief only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to provide such relief.
Arbitrability and Enforcement. Except for small claims eligibility, any issues relating to the scope, enforceability, or interpretation of this Section may be decided by the arbitrator or, if required, by a court of competent jurisdiction in Tel Aviv, Israel, subject to applicable local laws that may grant additional consumer rights.
17. Severability and Waiver

20. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between you and ChildfreeOnline regarding your use of the Service. The failure to require performance of any provision will not affect our right to require performance at any other time after that.
